A new place to eat, work, socialize and stay has recently opened in Ann Arbor. In the building formerly known as Lucky’s Market, 1919 S Industrial Hwy, Ann Arbor, Venue by 4m has provided the community with a multi-purpose gathering space.  Venue was developed by Prentice 4M, a lifestyle assets brand founded by Heidi and Margaret Poscher. Prentice 4M is known in the Ann Arbor community for their co-living campus.  The concept of a 15-minute neighborhood is one of 4M’s missions in order to meet the community's wants and needs within a 15 minute walk, bike or public transportation.  To further this point, Venue has a partnership with May Mobility to provide the community rides to their locations.
